What this prototype shows

  • Sign up is open — but an account starts with no access.
  • Email must be verified before the account is usable.
  • Roles are approved by a human (Zentra staff), not by the form.

Things worth trying

  • Walk the tabs in order: sign in → sign up → verify → request a role → approval.
  • See how a second Zentra system reuses the same identity (tab 8).

Protection built in

  • Passwords are never stored in Zentra’s own systems.
  • Least privilege: an account with no approved role can see nothing.
  • Every role approval is logged with who approved it and when.

Data & privacy (PDPA)

  • Only identity data needed for the role is kept.
  • You can request a copy or deletion of your identity record at any time.
